  1. Am I Fulfilling My Passions and Goals? Reflect on whether you're engaged in activities and pursuing goals that align with your passions and aspirations. Are you excited about what you're doing on a daily basis?

  2. Is My Work-Life Balance Healthy? Consider if you're allocating time appropriately between work, personal relationships, leisure, and self-care. A balanced life contributes to overall well-being.

  3. Am I Cultivating Meaningful Relationships? Evaluate the quality of your relationships. Are you surrounded by people who support, inspire, and uplift you? Meaningful connections are essential for emotional well-being.

  4. Am I Taking Care of My Physical and Mental Health? Reflect on your habits related to exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Are you prioritizing self-care and seeking help when needed for your mental health?

  5. Do I Have a Sense of Purpose and Gratitude? Consider whether you have a sense of purpose in your daily life. Are you appreciating the present moment and practicing gratitude for the positive aspects of your life?
