I am a dedicated therapist offering a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.


With a passion for helping individuals navigate their challenges, I au to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.


Therapies and Approaches

I offers a diverse array of therapeutic techniques to suit the unique needs of each individual. Including:

  • Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): A powerful approach to healing trauma and distressing experiences, EMDR is designed to facilitate the processing of negative memories and emotions.

  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT): Specialized therapy for trauma and PTSD that integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques to foster recovery and resilience.

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT): A goal-oriented approach aimed at identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Focusing on mindfulness and acceptance, ACT empowers individuals to embrace their thoughts and feelings while committing to positive actions.

I offer Adult Trauma Focused Therapy, including Online EMDR Therapy, providing clients with effective tools to address trauma, stress, and anxiety. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of concerns, including:
